Commercial Plumber — $28–$35/hour, depending on experience
We’re hiring experienced commercial plumbers who can work independently across multiple phases of commercial plumbing, including underground, rough-in/top-out, and finish work. The right candidate should be comfortable reading commercial plans, solving problems in the field, and taking ownership of their work. Experience running or helping manage commercial plumbing projects is especially valuable, and the position may include occasional travel within Arizona depending on project needs.
Commercial Plumbing Helper — $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
We also welcome applications from plumbing helpers who want to learn and grow in the trade. Plumbing experience is not required, but previous construction or skilled-trade experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with basic hand and power tools, able to accurately read a tape measure, willing to perform physical jobsite work, and ready to learn from experienced plumbers.
