About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on commercial construction projects. This position is a strong fit for someone who can work safely and accurately in a fast-paced field environment and takes pride in quality commercial plumbing work.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform underground, rough-in/top-out, trim, and finish plumbing work.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection equipment safely and effectively.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs.
- Perform soldering and brazing as required.
- Follow local building codes, safety requirements, and jobsite procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Hands-on experience on commercial construction projects.
- Experience with underground, top-out, and trim phases.
- Ability to read plans and complete work accurately.
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and applicable building-code requirements.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and travel between job sites.
- Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting materials and equipment.
