Clendaniel Contracting LLC is hiring a dependable Commercial Plumbing Helper to join our field team on commercial projects throughout the Phoenix area.
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and skills
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 30–40 hours per week

About the Position
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn commercial plumbing, build hands-on skills, and grow with the company. Previous plumbing experience is not required, although construction or skilled-trade experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with commercial plumbing installations.
- Help with underground, rough-in/top-out, and finish work.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare piping and materials.
- Dig, trench, backfill, and assist with underground work.
- Load, unload, organize, and care for tools and materials.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
- Follow instructions and jobsite safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or skilled-trade experience preferred.
- Plumbing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to perform physical construction work and work outdoors.
- Able to work well as part of a crew and take direction.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
Schedule & Work Expectations
- Monday–Friday.
- Typically 30–40 hours per week.
- Early morning starts are common.
- Occasional overtime, nights, weekends, or Arizona travel may be required.
