Meet the Family
A Family Business Built on Trust
Clendaniel Contracting LLC is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Tim and Anastasia Clendaniel.
After meeting in Arizona, we married in 2020 and celebrated our wedding with family and friends in Rochester, New York the following year. Today we’re raising two young daughters in Laveen, where we also maintain a small homestead with horses, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, and a large garden that keeps us busy when we’re not on a jobsite.
Being a family business means every project reflects our name and reputation. We believe in honest communication, dependable workmanship, and building long-term relationships with every client we serve.
